You might want to delete the previous comment. But I must say this tilt-shift photography fascinates me. I heard about it with a European photographer, but didn’t know it had grown into a more popular technique.
Pretty cool. This is one of the better ones of this style I've seen. I've been meaning to play around with it myself, I have some great Frankfurt skyline pics from on top a skyscraper that would work perfectly I think. How hard was it to do this?
It is a very fascinating technique, yet very simple. It requires a little gradient mapping, blurring and color adjustment. There are a couple good tutorials here and here.
